Stress

Stress is how we react when we feel under pressure or threatened. It usually happens when we are in a situation that we don't feel we can manage or control. When we experience stress, it can be as: An individual, for example when you have lots of responsibilities that you are struggling to manage.

We help people cope with stress in healthy way and use Music & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an effective form of therapy for stress. CBT can help change negative thought patterns that develop because of stress. We use CBT and some other types of therapies to help you find new ways of thinking about events that cause stress. Depression

Depression is a mood disorder that causes a constant feeling of sadness and loss of interest. It affects how you feel, think and behave and can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems. Anxiety

Anxiety is the body’s physical response to a threat or perceived threat. It causes a pounding heart, rapid breathing, butterflies in the stomach and a burst of energy as well as mental responses such as excessive fears, worries or obsessive thinking.

We work to target and reframe the underpinning thoughts that trigger anxiety and help you to anticipate how your brain will respond to stimuli around you that it perceives to be threatening.

Social Anxiety

In social anxiety disorder, fear and anxiety lead to escapism that can disrupt your life. Severe stress can affect your relationships, daily routines, work, school or other activities. Social anxiety disorder can be a chronic mental health condition.

We use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy ( CBT) The treatment works by identifying negative beliefs and combating them. It is a helpful way for a person to examine the inner self and notice beliefs that worsen their social anxiety.
